  • 1/2 Pound
    ground turkey
  • 1 Cup
    button mushrooms
  • 1/4 Cup
    carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 Cup
    onions, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1/3 Cup
    shredded cabbage
  • 1 Tablespoon
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon
    rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon
    sesame oil
  • A couple
    squirts of Sriracha sauce
  • Wonton wrappers
  • Sriracha Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup
    plain yogurt
  • As much
    Sriracha sauce as you like
  • 1 Teaspoon
    soy sauce

  1. Brown ground turkey until cooked through. Add turkey and remaining ingredients to a blender and pulse until well blended, but not pureed. Add mixture to a pan, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

  2. Lay out a few wonton wrappers, and place a teaspoon of the potsticker mixture in the center. Dip your fingers in water, and trace the outside of the wonton wrapper, getting all sides slightly wet. Pull all four corners together in the middle, and press the seams together. Repeat until potsticker mixture is gone.

  3. Warm a teaspoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Place 8 or so turkey potstickers in the pot and allow to brown on the bottom. Pour in 1/8 cup of water, reduce heat to low, and cover with a lid. Allow to steam for 10 minutes, or until potstickers puff up and become soft.

  4. For the Sriracha Dipping Sauce, combine ingredients in a bowl, and enjoy!
